Salsify at the Round House

The name is already inspired by plant-based foods. Chef Ryan Cole knows how to cook, innovative, young, contemporary, minimalist South African cuisine. He is also a big fan of the product Salsify, the earth, raw beauty and fantastic as it peels and prepares. The Roundhouse is a historic building that conveys the same beauty, a unique soul. Today, there is no offering of a fully plant-based menu, but what is may yet come as the chef and his team know how to appreciate and bring vegetables.
