Relais Todini

The Todi region is one of the most beautiful parts of Umbria. We know this area quite well and are aware that the valley is rich in the cultivation of vegetables and legumes. Relais Todini is not only a restaurant but also a fantastic event location, eagerly used by the local community. Vegetables have their place here, though presented in a very traditional way – and the We’re Smart team believes there’s so much more potential! Aren’t there guests asking for a pure plant menu?
