Italy, Italy... we love being there so much. This is one of those magical places we always think back to with nostalgia, Montefalco & L'Alchimista. This Umbrian restaurant radiates authenticity, the culinary essence respecting the beautiful seasons, and a beautiful vegetable garden where it all begins. We are fans of all this and chef Patrizia. And let us certainly not forget the delicious wines with the Sagrantino grape as the regional star. Do we hear the name Caprai in the background?
