Chef Jérémie Cordier is passionate about highlighting the riches of his region, sourcing ingredients from within a 70-kilometre radius and transforming them into contemporary, creative dishes. He belongs to a new generation of ambitious chefs who are confidently shaping the future of regional gastronomy. Another pleasant surprise is the excellent value for money, making Racine an even more attractive destination.
