Diego Muñoz is a talented chef—that much we already knew. After many years of traveling the world, he has returned to Peru, where he has settled on the coast outside Lima with his own restaurant: Navegante. His Peruvian cuisine remains fantastic, always highlighting local products, with plants playing an essential role on the plate. At We’re Smart, we have long been admirers of Chef Muñoz’s culinary artistry, and we will continue to follow him—wherever his journey may take him.
