Muni

Kyoto is the culinary city par excellence in Japan, and the vegetables are in it for something. The region is also called the center of high-quality organic vegetable cultivation. As a vegetable fan, there are many discoveries to be made here of which the restaurant Muni is certainly one. Muni is a project of the Alain Ducasse group, and it shows in every detail. The restaurant is up to the international standard that the group has set worldwide and chef Hugues Gérard, who is in charge on site, does so with verve and in the French style of Ducasse.
