Le Maufoux

This bistro is a winner, and not just for its fine Chablis wine list. The culinary offering is limited but clear, a choice menu that brings seasonal and local produce. And yes, everything is simple but tasty. Vegetables certainly get a nice place in it. Vegetable restaurant, not really, yet.
