La Grand’Vigne

Chef Nicolas Masse does not have an easy task, as the whole world knows and visits the magnificent project Les Sources de Caudalie! The estate is buzzing with wine tourists and connoisseurs who, alongside the wines of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, also want to enjoy the restaurants on the domain. La Grand’Vigne is the fine dining restaurant where Chef Nicolas leads the way. In the menu “Le voyage en terre de vignes”, vegetables and greens are given a beautiful place, but there is no mention of a pure plant option. That’s why we asked—and it turns out that if you mention it at the time of booking, the chef is willing to prepare an adapted version of the menu. A pity, however, that this option is not spontaneously mentioned on the website or in the menu.
