L’Oiseau Blanc @ Peninsula Hotel

Chef David Bizet is almost on cloud nine in Paris with his L'Oiseau Blanc. But does he bring us into the clouds with his vegetable offerings, that is the question? We at We're Smart can be very positive about the full-flavoured vegetable dishes, real top-notch creations one by one.  Just a pity that the offer is still too limited as far as we are concerned. We will follow it up further and look forward to a positive evolution.
