It is always a big moment when you visit a now historic restaurant with a celebrity chef! The big question: are Chef Pierre Gagnaire and his team up to speed with the vegetable revolution? And yes, to our great pleasure, we were able to enjoy a "tasteFol" menu, built up from one taste bomb to the next. But there is a but! As yet, there is no 100% plant-based menu in the range, something the chef is considering in the meantime. We look forward to a plant-based revolution that will go down in the history books.
