Pavillon Ledoyen
Yannick Alléno is in our opinion not the number 1 in Paris when it comes to vegetables, which are too modest in his however brilliant dishes. The chef, who has three Michelin stars on his side, is very attentive to the future generation of young chefs. He is concerned for the succession, as his son Thomas, organizer of the Salon des Vins de la Vallee du Rhone and de la Truffe told us. In it fits his sponsorship of the recently organized competition 'Les Toques de demain' dedicated to the vegetables of Val de Loire, his presence at Top Chef or also the appointment of promising young chefs, such as the young Belgian chef Curtis Mulpas. We hope that his attention for the new generation also goes hand in hand with a greater focus on vegetable cuisine.
