Halles aux grains

What a beautiful location in the middle of Paris! For the Bras family - Michel and Sebastien - only the best, that's for sure. We're Smart® Green Guide has been a fan of the plant-based offerings in their restaurant at Laguiole for years: 5 Radishes. We went to Halle aux grains with high expectations, but we’re very disappointed when it turned out that a 100% plant-based menu was not possible here. Nevertheless, we were served beautiful and tasty dishes in which vegetables had their rightful place. It is a pity that the chefs do not follow the same line. Is there a reason for this?
