Is it a Japanese-French or a French-Japanese cuisine? We were confused for a moment, but Keita Kitamura's dishes are clearly French with Japanese accents. The vegetables have a nice place in this creative cuisine, but they don't - yet - have a real leading role. Still, we didn't stay on our vegetable hunger, because several dishes were built around the vegetable. Well done guys! An extra Radish!
