Women and vegetables in power here at Datil in Paris! Chef Manon Fleury is convinced that by adapting our diet, we contribute to a better ecological footprint. A close collaboration with local growers, the right vegetables in the right seasons, starring vegetables and making sure waste is avoided is therefore the starting point of the whole team and the creations served on the plates.
