The Goyvaerts brothers are clearly very ambitious. Their elegant restaurant in a former convent is all about trends and impressing the guests. They clearly know how to create flavours and visual spectacle. The brothers pride themselves in using local and in season ingredients. We encourage them to take this a clear step further in their vegetable menu. It is possible to create delicious dishes without dairy and work with produce from around the corner!
