The menu is concise and follows the rhythm of the restaurant’s own garden and the seasons. Everything starts with vegetables, making the Think Vegetables! Think Fruit! philosophy a perfect fit here. The mindset is certainly right. The cuisine is simple yet thoughtful, with a clear focus on the quality of the ingredients and ever-changing approaches that continue to surprise guests.
