We’ve known this restaurant for many years, and even back then it already had an excellent reputation. That certainly hasn’t changed under Sander and Anne Spruijt. Their ambition is clear: to offer an unforgettable experience to everyone who walks through the door. And the We’re Smart community is in for a treat too, with a wonderful Pure Plant menu that puts seasonal and local produce first. On our latest visit, we were truly blown away by the progress. Outstanding Pure Plant dishes, local ingredients, a distinctive style of their own, refined preparations and perfectly balanced seasoning. We can do nothing else but raise the chef and his team to 5 Radishes. Congratulations, and may you make many guests from our community very happy!
