The historic city of Dijon, with all its culinary assets, is located in the heart of the Burgundy region. Restaurant Cibo is a new discovery for We're Smart. Here, Chef Angelo Ferrigno cooks with passion to his fame. This very clean kitchen convinces with its purity, and this with a focus on local and delicious taste. It reminds us of experiences in Copenhagen, and that may be considered a compliment even in France. A strong relationship with artisan producers is therefore crucial. Our expectations for the future are high and follow it further.
