“Shared Flavours” – Sapori Condivisi – is the philosophy at Uri. Located not far from beautiful La Morra, the restaurant is a cultural bridge between Italy and Korea. Or perhaps we should say, a marriage? The restaurant’s own garden plays an important role, providing inspiration for both Federica Vaira and chef Kim Seul Ki. Add the fantastic setting and unique views, and you have something truly special. In the kitchen, the chef shows a real passion for vegetables and everything plants have to offer.
