Restaurant Coltivare is located at Agri Relais Brandini, a beautiful wine estate with rooms. Alongside its organic wines, the estate is also home to hazelnut orchards. Respect is the key word here: respect for people, producers, the environment and tradition. You can see the same philosophy in Chef Luca Zecchin’s kitchen, where ingredients are treated with care and presented in thoughtful, recognisable and flavourful compositions. The vegetable dishes on the menu are excellent, although a fully Pure Plant menu is difficult to achieve as dairy is woven into many of the preparations. Nevertheless, we were impressed by the talent of the chef and his team, as well as by the project as a whole. A place that makes you happy, with an exceptional wine list to enjoy alongside the food. Noblesse oblige in this wine region!
