Chef Bjarke Jeppesen is known for his refinement and precision, aiming to surprise in a modern way while respecting both growers and ingredients. The creations are always presented beautifully—almost a shame to eat them. But you do so with pleasure, from the first bite to the last. Unfortunately, a fully 100% pure plant menu is not yet available, but at We’re Smart Green Guide, we eagerly await the day it becomes a reality. We will gladly return when we hear the chef is ready!
