Sustainability is a reason for being here, but across the board. Chef Daniel McBurnie is a jack-of-all-trades, but local and seasonal is always the basis of his creations. The restaurant's unique location and exterior and interior architecture add bravura to the chef's achievement. The sea may be the blue thread running through the menu, but vegetables are given more than their rightful place. By the way, the Potato gets a lot of respect here! Wonderful experience.
