Single Thread Farms
The restaurant of the Single Thread Farms is located a few kilometres from their farm with fields, greenhouses, poultry farm, orchard, olive grove, beehives and cattle stables, surrounded by vineyards. The products of the farm naturally form the basis of the kitchen. Customers are offered an eleven-course tasting menu, according to their taste. That menu includes dishes such as yellow tale with Cara Cara orange, kumquat, Udo and the belly lightly marinated in salted cherry blossom leaves. Or winter vegetables from the farm with Tama Miso and Buddha's fingers Kosho.
