When you’re involved in everything as these two chefs are, the result is the ultimate experience. For the full immersion, staying overnight is the best option. At We’re Smart, we’re fans of the philosophy, but we regret that the concept isn’t carried through all the way to make pure plant possible as well. Why not, chefs?
