Stefano Marzetti is the chef of Mirabelle. The Hotel Splendide Royal has a unique view of Rome, both historic! This monumentality can also be tasted in the meals: classic, solid, and tasteful. Plant-based food is possible but not yet in the DNA of the chef and restaurant.
