This special restaurant was housed in the romantic coach house of the Royal Frederiksberg gardens. The walls are painted with drawings of green plants and herbs, in the background a soundscape with nature sounds, art objects from prominent Danish designers and artists adorn the spaces. What is on the plate is equally artful and inspiring: a series of stylized preparations in which vegetables and fruit play an important role, such as a langoustine with sake and red berries, pigeon with blackberries, morels and birch juice and also Jerusalem artichoke, mushroom and truffle.
