The “Green Power” menu is the pure plant offer at Restaurant Materia. Well done – though at We’re Smart we miss a bit of the local connection, the central role of regional products, and the culinary traditions. Chef Davide Caranchini can do even better; his talent clearly shines through. So chef, make the pure plant menu just as sexy as the traditional one! We’ll be happy to come back to follow the evolution – if only to enjoy once more the stunning Lake Como!
