Laska

Laska is a wonderful place, not only because of its location, but especially because everything here is pure plant. In terms of price and quality, it’s truly a gem! Everything is organic, and Lukas Laska and his chefs genuinely enjoy surprising their guests by turning traditional dishes into pure plant creations. It’s great to see that the people of Greater Lyon have already found their way to this no-nonsense, pure plant, even 100% pure plant restaurant—or should I say, bistro?
