La Table du Domaine Perréal
At the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park lies Domaine Perréal, a 54-hectare estate bringing together vineyards, olive groves, hospitality and gastronomy. The experience begins with an aperitif in the beautiful garden before moving to the terrace for dinner, surrounded by the peaceful landscape. Chefs Maxime Martinage and Lucia Ampudia make the most of the estate's own vegetable garden, olive oil and wines, creating a strong connection between the land and the plate. The cuisine is simple, seasonal and generous with vegetables, allowing the quality of the produce to speak for itself. The menu is deliberately concise and constantly evolving, guided by what the garden provides each day. This close connection to the seasons gives the cuisine a natural sense of freshness and spontaneity. We particularly enjoyed the exceptional views, the tranquillity and the opportunity to taste produce grown directly on the estate. A beautiful expression of the Luberon and its rich agricultural landscape.
