Chef Marc Fontanne has already built a strong reputation in the region, and combined with the stunning setting of Château de Fonscolombe, this creates a truly unique experience. Whenever possible, enjoying the tranquility of nature outdoors is an absolute must, perfectly complemented by the beautiful pure plant menu “De la Fourche à la Fourchette.” Together, they form a harmonious combination. We believe that both the restaurant and its chef are in a great flow, and we expect to see this evolve in a very positive way over the coming years. The use of local, seasonal products certainly adds an extra layer of value.
