Chef Mikael Svensson delivers a refined Nordic cuisine – product-driven, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. As always, it all starts with selecting the very best ingredients, with deep respect for nature and the growers. Vegetables are organic and featured in abundance. While there is not yet a fully pure plant-based menu, the way plants are used is so flavorful and creative that we couldn’t resist including Kontrast in the We’re Smart Green Guide.
