The "Nordic touch" is more than present with pure and tasty dishes. Yet you can also clearly feel recognisable classic influences. This balance has been the basis of Ole Jonny Eikefjord's success for years. Vegetables are creatively and beautifully prepared, but mostly in the supporting role. Still, we want to promote Oak as a restaurant, because we believe that also here an evolution will take place.
