Oslo is waking up with vegetables! Einer's cuisine refers to Norwegian nature, the local ingredients that are part of it and the country's ancient cooking traditions such as smoking, curing, salting and fermentation. The six course vegetable menu is full of flavour bombs like seaweed truffle and dried tomato and fermented artichoke with hazelnut and whey. In addition to working with regional cultivators and a preference for organic ingredients, the restaurant also has a strict waste policy. This is a restaurant we love!
