Instroom by Seppe Nobels

Chef Seppe Nobels is back in the We’re Smart Green Guide! We have known the chef well since his previous chapter at Restaurant Graanmarkt13. Those days are long gone, and today it is Instroom — also in Antwerp — where he can fully express his passion for coaching and vegetables. Instroom is a unique project, beautifully located by the water on Antwerp’s Left Bank, bringing together trainees from different countries and cultures. Pure Plant is no problem here: expect delicious food with a sense of travel, as the diverse culinary influences of the trainees find their way onto the plates. Do mention when making your reservation if you would like to enjoy the Pure Plant experience. And make sure to take in the unique view of the city of Antwerp, whether in broad daylight or after dark when the city lights up. We have always admired this chef’s talent and continue to do so. There is something wonderfully simple about the way Seppe brings vegetables to the plate, yet the flavours are always full of depth and character. Great to have you back, Seppe!
