Set within a 174-hectare estate in northern Rome, I Casali del Pino is the visionary project of Ilaria Venturini Fendi, daughter of Anna, one of the five legendary sisters who founded the iconic Fendi fashion house. After a long career in fashion, Ilaria chose to devote herself to the land, transforming a property once dotted with ruins into an outstanding organic farm with an adjoining restaurant. Here, the protagonists are the ingredients grown on site: fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and products that come from the estate’s flock of over one thousand sheep. The culinary offering, always attentive to the pure plant world, includes delicious pure plant dishes served in settings that blend ecological reuse, contemporary design, and vintage charm, such as the mismatched plates adorning the tables.
