With 4 Radishes, Horto was already among the top restaurants in Milan, but on our latest visit, we were positively surprised by the talent of Chef Alessandro Pinton and his team. A pure plant cuisine to truly celebrate: everything was just right – refined, colourful and bursting with flavour. This is exactly what we love to see at We’re Smart Green Guide. The 5th Radish is therefore well deserved! Congratulations, Chef! Located on a rooftop with beautiful views across the city, Horto offers an experience that is made even more special by its stunning setting. Chef Norbert Niederkofler also has a hand in the culinary vision, while the daily kitchen is led by Alessandro – and he does so with great talent, creativity and finesse. We’re big fans, Chefs!
