Chef David Toutain, whose Paris restaurant proudly holds 4 Radishes in the We're Smart® Green Guide, is the creative inspiration behind Feuille. The day-to-day leadership of the kitchen, however, is in the capable hands of Chef Joris Rousseau, who faithfully continues the restaurant's distinctive Root to Seed philosophy. The cuisine is deeply inspired by nature, built on locally sourced ingredients and organic produce whenever possible. Just as at David Toutain's restaurant in Paris, vegetables play a leading role, and guests can also enjoy a fully dedicated Pure Plant tasting menu.
