Wow, Chef José Avillez has it! What a plant-based menu. We were blown off our socks, that's for sure. It is important to underline that it is not 100% purely plant-based, but the 12 dishes with a focus on Portuguese cuisine are built around seasonal produce from local growers. The kombuchas and infusions are also superb. Happy to follow Encanto further, but the 4 Radishes are thickly deserved. Congratulations to the whole team!
