Ember

Chef Zino Jacobs loves cooking with vegetables, that's obvious, so we smile when the pure vegetable dishes come along in the menu. Taste, taste, taste … that we remember, and the fact that the chef likes to use the BBQ certainly contributes to that! Ember is an asset to Mechelen, just a pity that a full vegetable menu is not yet on the schedule... we will be back! And may we also add that this is an exceptionally beautiful setting?
