Ghent is clearly becoming a culinary hotspot for vegetable lovers, and we are happy about that. So we are happy to announce bar-restaurant Elders where Tom Pauwelyn is behind the pots and has a weakness for vegetable. Nice but simple dishes that evolve according to market offerings.
