Chef Thomas Demuynck is proud of his vegetarian menu, and rightly so! And you read well vegetarian, so 100% vegan is not yet the case as he is still too happy to play culinary magic with all the other products. Nevertheless, the Karel de Stoute restaurant deserves a nice place in the We're Smart Green Guide with 3 Radishes. Will there be more in the future? Ghent is the place to be in Belgium for plant-based pampering, that has long been known, so why not go one step further chef. The audience is ready for it!
