Chef Seppe & Liese Bleus have taken over the "Torch(s)" after 33 years from Nicole & Paul-Luc Meesen. For about 2 years, the founders will remain active to support the young team. We look forward with great interest to Seppe's vegetable talents, but with a teacher who could already do magic with what comes out of the vegetable garden, we are certainly not worried.  To be continued...
