David Bann

Founded in 2002, this is one of Scotland's best-known vegetarian restaurants, located near the Royal Mile, with a range of vegan dishes. Influences come from all over the world and are creatively used in dishes such as olive polenta with grilled vegetables and goat cheese curd and in a risotto of roasted butternut squash with leek and kohlrabi.
