Hendersons is an institution in Edinburg and was the first vegan restaurant in the city. The combinations are creative, the effect is classic. You eat dishes like a combination of Jackfruit and tomato with a coconut stew, sweet potato and quinoa doughnuts, a vegetarian haggis with herby smashed purple potatoes, caramelised onion, spring greens and also a teriyaki of tofu with coconut, lime, coriander rice, Asian vegetables and pickled shiitake.
