Daroco

Italy in Paris. There are 2 restaurants Daroco, each with its own menu. Vegetables are never far away in Italian cuisine, but we think they can still do better here! We do remember the gnocchi of potato with pumpkin cream and pieces of smoked pork, and certainly the marinated vegetable salad with aubergine caviar.
