Yes, the name of the restaurant and the chef-owner is the same: Cédric Burtin. On a beautiful summer’s day, we were lucky enough to sit on the stunning terrace and enjoy a pure plant menu. Everything was just right—the weather, the flavors of the dishes, the atmosphere by the water, the gorgeous natural setting, and the charming chef himself. The restaurant is not far from the highway, perhaps less well-known in Burgundy, but it is truly a hidden gem. The We’re Smart Green Guide immediately places this restaurant among the 5 Radishes top spots. Congratulations to the chef and his team!
