The Bistronomy

The Bistronomy is the Living Tomorrow restaurant, better known as the House of the Future. Chef Marc Clement and his team, in the spirit of the house, want to test the future of the hospitality industry through new concepts and innovations, such as the digital menu, the table of the future or a robot as a waiter. A creative use of vegetables is also included, such as marinated vegetables and a sweet potato sorbet with roasted cod or sea kale in a preparation of brill with lobster béarnaise.
