Pure plant Gondola Gala Night 2025 was a succes
No fewer than 500 guests enjoyed a pure plant dinner!
During the Gondola Gala Night at the event hall of Docks Brussels, no fewer than 500 guests were treated to a pure plant dinner, from appetizers to dessert. We’re Smart and its main partner Greenyard joined forces to give this event an extra festive touch.
Gondola is a network for professionals in Belgium’s retail and food industry. It provides a platform for knowledge sharing and networking through events, seminars and publications, with the aim of supporting the retail sector in the transition towards ‘new consumption’.
It is clear that Gondola truly walks the talk, as they served ‘new consumption’ on the plate for the very first time with a pure plant menu created by the two-time World No. 1 (2024–2025) in the We’re Smart Green Guide, Rodrigo de la Calle, chef of the 5-radish restaurant El Invernadero in Madrid. After a keynote speech by Frank & Francis, CEO of Greenyard, we enjoyed a showcase of the season on the plate.
