Chef Domenico Lavarone proves his culinary skills in his pure plant menu. We were not only charmed by the lovely terrace and the beautiful view, but also impressed by the talent of the Zest team, which exceeded our expectations. This new restaurant, part of the Grand Hotel La Favorita, is a fantastic newcomer in the We’re Smart Green Guide. At We’re Smart, we believe that a fourth Radish is not far away. Maybe with just a little less dairy, we’ll get there very soon… What do you think, chef?
