The cuisine of the young Breton chef Grégory Hamon is a tribute to the many journeys he makes and the many top chefs such as Bernard Loiseau, Jean-Michel Lorain and Jean-Georges Vongerichten where he worked. In his dishes he draws the green card with lots of fruit and vegetables and fresh local ingredients that he processes in aesthetically beautiful preparations. In addition, they are softly priced.
